Progressive Dinner

This morning, our elders were confirmed. 11 men charged with the care and servant leadership of our church. We are getting to know more of them the longer we at Greenville Oaks like Roger & Bryan from the game with Billy last night.

We rested this afternoon and then geared up for this evening for our class Christmas Progressive Dinner. If you've never participated in one, it's a traveling evening. Appetizers at one house, main course at another and finally desert for a third. We traveled from McKinney down to Parker and back. There were easily over 40 of us driving around. We brought wonderful mashed potatoes to add to the main meal with cream cheese and half & half, they rawked, thanks Jordan M!! At the first stop donations were taken up for the local homeless shelter and the last stop we participated in an ornament exchange.
