July Celebrating

After a wonderful church service this morning (I'll probably blog about the sermon later, made me think) Billy and I headed to Fort Worth to spend the afternoon with Stevie who is turning 13 years old. He is so creative, smart, handsome and tender hearted. I'm so proud of the young man that he is.
Stevie with his two brothers. His dad has started dating (it's been actually 4 years on Wednesday since Lisa passed). Kenny is young and is moving forward with his life. Dawn has three boys of her own. Jamee, he oldest doesn't have a shirt on due to the sunburn you can see. It hurt for him to put clothes on.

We still have showing scheduled, so to get out the house ( we tend to do this quite a bit) we visited the new one. The house has drywall :-)) This is in the back of the downstairs looking from the family room in to the kitchen.

This is from the same spot I just turned 90 degrees to my left looking towards the stairs. To the right is the playroom. This view is facing the front door as well. As you enter you step in to the formal dining area.
We ended the day with an ice cream social/ gospel singing night at our church to send off people to Grenada:
Soccerballs signed and prayed over being sent to the children.

Billy, me, Michael, Katy, Brent, Mary, Nathan and Amy (We'll be praying for you Amy, can't wait to hear about the trip)

Goodnight, Allen!

It may say Billy is posting at the bottom of this, but it's Lori. Somehow I kicked myself off the account, still not sure how I managed that.
