For those who don't know, I have a condition called celiac. It's an auto immune reaction to gluten which is a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and often oats. My immune system attacks my intestines causing flu like symptons for me. (Symptons vary per person). Martha Stewart is having a contest for the next big idea.
