We began Spring Break a little early on Friday with a trip to Great Wolf Lodge.
| Our first family trip :-) |
The room itself was a source of fun......
They were great with our dietary restrictions. Each time we asked the wait staff a question regarding the food at each meal, they brought out the chef . They provided guidance with their menu, buffets and volunteered items not on the menu contamination free. Best restaurant experience ever!

| Meal time. Tablet got us through some waiting time for our food. |
| Grilled chicken nachos |
Interests around the Lodge:
Slide time!!!
Sleepy time:
| Checking out the night time view |
| Despite music, reading and soothing video time, bed time was rough! Daddy ended up driving Daniel home at 2 am so all four of us could get some sleep |
The next morning our floors were still not finished being tiled so great friends who were camping that weekend generously offered up their house for Saturday night:
| How often do you get to play with your friends toys with out them? |
| They made themselves at home ;-) |
We also found out Saturday via a trip to the ER that I had broken my foot Wednesday night from a fall of my children's stool. I know, it's not even a cool story. I have a walking boot on for the next 6 weeks and can't drive for about 2 weeks. My niece was on Spring Break too from college and was willing to come play with her much younger cousins and help her aunt out :-)
| She rocks!!! |
| Reading and learning time |
| As our thank you, we passed on my sewing machine to her that's she had been eyeing. The day she went home, she got all the supplies and made her own purse! It looks amazing! |
| Boys LOVE cousin Joan |
| We ended the week with Italian ice cream and a carousel ride :-) |
