I'm hungry most of the time lately, so here's a selection of what I have been snacking on:
I'm trying to portion out the empty calories so these are in the cabinet still from Easter:

This is from the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, yummoo! Ate a bit every day for 3 days...

I've tried a couple different combinations for an acceptable trail mix and here's what I've come up with:

Acceptable dry snacks:

Favorite breakfast has been blueberry muffins:

My favorite dinners lately have been tacos and the following:

Last weekend at the retreat I was guilty of some snacking. There was some great kettle corn and peanut m & m's. Most of what's on this snack table I couldn't eat. I do miss my cheeze it's and oreo's. There is no gluten-free substitute!!

Both meals I had there consisted of salad. I also had fruit and cottage cheese :-) So I do get healthy things in!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!!! I've been reading your blog for over a year and now can't even remember how I came across your blog.
My husband has celiac disease and we're always thrilled to find new products that hit the shelves. I thought I'd mention another cracker we recently found. My mother in law just found it at Sam's Club and it's by crunchmaster. Their website is www.crunchmaster.com, so you can get more info.
sounds like momma is eating well!
Looks good to me! I thought of you the other day (before reading this post) when I saw the cereal on the shelf at Wal-Mart :) When can I come to your house to eat?? :)
Very healthy Lori. Your baby will love a wide variety of healthy foods if you keep this up!
Love ya,
Dawn
