Levi - 1 year!

Thank you to my brother in law Joe for making this one and my father in law Bill for painting it. This guy is SO loved!!!

Sleep:
He usually sleeps at night from about 8:30 pm to 7 am. 2 long naps averaging 1 and a half to 2 hours each, although he's already begun phasing out the morning nap.

Clothes:
H's wearing some 18 month shirts and pajamas now with his length. Shoe size is 4 (we rarely wear them). Size 4 diapers. 12 month check up/ shots this week. I'll update his weight and height and head circumference

Food: He eats four to five times a day. He's now on all table foods plus nursing and some baby food at each setting. This boy can eat!! He doesn't do bibs. Prefers to feed himself rather than us feeding him. He now has six teeth- top four front and bottom teeth. He enjoys putting the toothbrush in his mouth..

Socially:
Very happy and willing to go to people. He waves at everybody!!! Will hug anyone who comes near. He's a guys guy and loves playing with boys and having daddy, uncle, grandfathers hold him. Words: dada and dadee, mama, nana, 'gain (again) yes, Points at things he wants, signs all done and more, mumbles for an extended period of time as though he's holding his end of a conversation. He claps quite a bit.

Developmentally:
Crawling up the stairs, chairs, tables, anything he can. He's quite the active little monkey. 

 He has taken one to two steps several times

He will stand alone momentarily through out the day. Getting up and down with out holding anything for support
Rolls a ball when we roll it to him.
Cruises the furniture pretty fast independently.
Big boy crawls anywhere he wants to go. He moves fast!

Successfully mimics our facial expression, sticking tongue out, especially the super cheesy grin, wink-blinking, hehe
Still puts most new things in the mouth, maybe a little less than he used to.
Will give something up when asked to with out tears (yeaaa). Starting to see some resistance, opinions are forming.
Constantly on the move, doesn't sit still long unless eating.
He crawls over to where we are standing and scale our calves putting his arms up to be picked up.
Will crawl over to brothers and start putting his fingers in ears, eyes and nose if he's still.We are working on concepts like hot/ cold. Up/ down. Labeling things. Asking preferences.

First birthday. We had some family over for a smash cake over the weekend

This tiny sweet boy entered our lives one year ago today and I'm SO thankful God placed him in our family!
